Arizona residents Patrick and Keady Maudsley, on behalf of The Estate of their only son, Timothy Maudsley, deceased, are filing suit against Meta Services and Maricopa County Special Health Care District, dba, Maricopa Integrated Health System, alleging defendants transferred decedent to the emergency room for an ankle injury and left him unattended, although he was severally mentally ill and psychotic. Several hours later workers in the ER noted he was not longer there. As a result of defendantss negligence decedent wandered off and was struck by a car as he was crossing a six lane highway at night. Decedent died more than a year later after suffering horribly and requiring constant basic care. Price: $10

Michelle Copeland, a resident of Mississippi, is filing suit against the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, dba, Choctaw Resort Development Enterprise for wrongful termination and whistle blowing, sexual harassment, negligence, and other claims, alleging Copeland was required to allow "high-roller" patrons to stack poker chips on and between her breasts and allow the patrons to touch and rub her buttocks. Plaintiff was raped and sodomized by John Moscow, aka, Rikki Rocket, a musician employed by defendant and had to undergo corrective surgery to repair the injuries from the violent assault. John and Maureen Wulff are filing suit against Westmont Builders-Developers, Adea Property Management, and the City of Missoula, Montana for failing to properly inspecting the newly constructed home the Wulff's rented from Adea. Plaintiff's rental home was located outside of the Missoula city limits. In order for the home to connect to the city's sewer system it had to comply with the International Residential Code. Plaintiffs allege that the city's inspectors failed to recognize that the stair treads in the home were uneven. Tracy and Galen Barker are filing suit against Halliburton Company, dba, KBR Kellogg Brown & Root, the United States of America, Service Employees International, and Ali Mokhtare, et al., for negligence, sexual harassment, hostile work environment and other claims. The suit alleges plaintiff Tracy was employed by Service Employees in the Green Zone in Baghdad where defendants made threatening sexual comments and failed to provide safe living conditions. Plaintiff lived in co-ed barracks were alcohol was permitted. After plaintiff complained about the sexual comments she was transferred to Bahsra where the treatment was even worse. Mokhtare offered more favorable work assignments and living conditions for sexual favors and threatened to rape plaintiff, telling her stories about other victims who were ignored and later found dead. William Cavitt is suing Bob Wills, a/k/a Bobby Ray Wills, Betty Sue Wills, Sam Gerhardt, Deborah Gerhardt, d/b/a Mountain Park Boarding Academy, Aaron Smith, and Palm Lane Baptist Church, seeking damages for fraud, assault, battery, false imprisonment, negligence in failing to provide medical treatment to incarcerated minors, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Mountain Park Boarding Academy in conjunction with Palm Lane Baptist Church operates a $2 to $3 million annual business in Tennessee by trafficking children in interstate commerce. Mountain Park advertises itself as a Christian academy with a loving atmosphere and 24-hour secure supervision. “Students” at the academy were coerced to use prescription drugs and terrorize and beat other students. Oakridge, OR sued for falsely arresting man and denying heart medication.
Daryl Reavis, a resident of Oregon, is filing suit against The City of Oakridge, et al., for negligence, assault and battery, and malicious prosecution. The suit alleges plaintiff was pulled over on suspicion of DUI. The officer made plaintiff drive and perform field sobriety tests. During the process plaintiff began to suffer chest pains and requested that he be allowed to take his nitroglycerin heart medication. Instead of allowing plaintiff to take the medication, officers arrested him. Plaintiff's symptoms worsened to the point where he was lying on the station floor with severe shortness of breath, as officers demanded a breathalyzer test. Police finally called emergency personnel who administered nitroglycerin. After plaintiff was discharged from the hospital another officer advised him that he was going to be arrested for procession of illegal narcotics. Plaintiff's money was confiscated and he was wrongfully denied phone calls and legal services. Plaintiff was improperly detained although two blood tests were negative for alcohol consumption. Kellogg Brown and Root sued in class action for providing contaminated food and water.
Texas Joshua Eller, is filing suit against a class action lawsuit against Texas-based Kellogg, Brown & Root, KBR, and Halliburton Company for battery, nuisance, negligence, outrage, and other claims, alleging Eller and approximate 100,000 other Military personnel and government contractors were exposed to contaminated water and food supplied by KBR. The suit alleges Eller served in Iraq for ten months in an Air Force Battalion as a computer-aided drafting technician, during which, he developed severe fluid filed lesions on his body and feet due to contaminated water supplied by KBR for drinking, swimming, and showering. KRB supplied salmonella-contaminated eggs, expired fish and meat products, and food, in some cases, a year past the expiration data. KRB supplied water and ice improperly transported in mortuary vehicles containing putrefied human remains and bodily fluids. KRB operated an open burn pit, rather than a military-approved waste incinerator for medical waste. Eller suffers from recurring nightmares of what he saw in Iraq, including a wild dog carrying a human arm, thrown into the burn pit by KBR. Price: $10
