Lawrence Hildes, Karen Weil, Legrand Jones, and Wes Hamilton are filing suit against The City of Seattle, The Seattle Police Department, the Law Enforcement Intelligence Unit, et al., for assault and battery, which occurred at a 6/03 demonstration to protest the Law Enforcement Intelligence Unit. Plaintiffs were protesting actions taking by the LEIU in gathering information on lawful activists. Plaintiffs were doused with chemical weapons, hit by rubber bullets, and beaten by police officers. Cresencio Molina, a resident of Texas, is filing suit against William March and Memorial Club Townhomes Association for assault and battery and violation of constitutional rights. Alleging Molina was assaulted, harassed, and followed by a curtsey patrol officer for the Townhome Association after Molina made a wrong-turn into the development. The suit alleges the officer hit plaintiff's car with a flashlight and followed Molina to a parking lot where the officer drew a gun and called additional; forces, including a police helicopter. Ohio resident Rose Toth is filing suit against Officer Jason Broshius for false arrest, assault and battery, and unreasonable seizure. The suit alleges Toth was improperly arrested by Broshius who was responding to a call of allegations that Toth stole the cell phone of a bouncer at a local bar. When the officer arrived plaintiff said she did not want to press charges against the bouncer for shoving her and was immediately thrown into a shop window by Broshius, who proceeding to handcuff her and drag her into the police car. Malcom Calloway, a minor through Dottie Jones, is filing suit against the City of Leland Mississippi, and members of the Leland Police Department, et al., alleging Malcom and several other minors were walking home from a party when an altercation erupted between two females. Several officers arrived on the scene and Malcom told them when had happened and told them not to worry and leave. The officers proceed to grab the fourteen year old by the neck, throw him to the ground, and spray him in the face with mace. Plaintiff was raped and sodomized by John Moscow, aka, Rikki Rocket, a musician employed by defendant and had to undergo corrective surgery to repair the injuries from the violent assault. Janelle and Jeanette Robinson are suing National RailRoad Passenger Corporation d/b/a Amtrak, seeking damages for injuries sustained to Janelle, then a minor, when she was physically and verbally assaulted by a man who had entered the train at Baltimore, Maryland. Janelle was pulled into a bathroom by her attacker, where her attacker touched and assaulted her. An Amtrak police officer knocked on the door and attempted to open it asking if everything was ok. The attacker answered that everything was alright and the officer left while Janelle was yelling for help. In an attempt to escape, she threw soap in her attacker's eyes which only made him more angry and he began to choke her. Janelle finally escaped and locked herself into another bathroom where she dialed 911. The attacker was arrested in Willington, Delaware and charged with First and Second degree rape and assault. During the event defendant Sing became verbally abusive and threatening toward Jerome Bagley. Sing punched Jerome Bagley, knocking him to the ground where he was repeatedly kicked. Craig Curry began assaulting Heather Bagley, and kicking plaintiff's car. The Bagleys allege that Central Bank disclosed information regarding the Bagley's debt to defendant's Sing and Curry. Southwest Airlines sued by passenger falsely imprisoned and hospitalized during scheduled stop.
Joung Levy, a resident of Missouri, is filing suit against Southwest Airlines for false imprisonment and assault and battery, alleging plaintiff, a naturalized citizen originally from South Korea, and her husband were taken into custody, during a scheduled stop in Las Vegas, after plaintiff' husband asked a flight attendant why the FAA required iPods to be turned off. During the flight another flight attendant remarked to plaintiff that there would "be trouble" if her husband didn't apologize to the other flight attendant. After plaintiff and her husband were removed from the flight they were separated and plaintiff began hyperventilating and having a panic attacked when she was pushed to the floor by aggressive Southwest Airlines employees. Southwest employees told the police that plaintiff was suicidal, so she was taken to the hospital and forcibly cuffed and sedated. Price: $10

Dominic Cotroneo, George Annillo, on behalf of the estate of Arthur Annillo, Jack Broday, and Allan Danford, et al., employees of Shaw Environmental, are filing suit against Saw Environmental Infrastructure, et al., for assault and battery, alleging plaintiffs' urine tested positive for alpha radioactive contamination which they were exposed to during a remediation project at the abandoned Gulf Nuclear site in Webster, Texas, which became a priority after 9/11 when the Texas Department of Health and Homeland Security determined that terrorists could assemble dirty bombs from the radioactive material at the site. Lethal levels of gamma emitting Cesium and alpha emitting Americum, were present in glove boxes and contaminated the entire building complex with lethal levels of radiation. Price: $10

William Cavitt is suing Bob Wills, a/k/a Bobby Ray Wills, Betty Sue Wills, Sam Gerhardt, Deborah Gerhardt, d/b/a Mountain Park Boarding Academy, Aaron Smith, and Palm Lane Baptist Church, seeking damages for fraud, assault, battery, false imprisonment, negligence in failing to provide medical treatment to incarcerated minors, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Mountain Park Boarding Academy in conjunction with Palm Lane Baptist Church operates a $2 to $3 million annual business in Tennessee by trafficking children in interstate commerce. Mountain Park advertises itself as a Christian academy with a loving atmosphere and 24-hour secure supervision. “Students” at the academy were coerced to use prescription drugs and terrorize and beat other students. Students were locked in the facility. Price: $10
Atlantaas Lenox Square Mall sued for failing to protect customers from violent assaults by a group of African-American males.
Craig Brazeman is filing suit against IPC International and Simon Property, dba, Lenox Square Mall, alleging he violently assaulted by a group of men while at defendantts mall for a meal with relatives. After dinner plaintiff went to the food court at the other end of the mall for dessert. On the way there plaintiff passed through a group of African-America males who were talking loudly and making threatening gestures. When plaintiff arrived at the food court it was closed, so he walked back the way he came. This time when he passed the group of men they surrounded him shouting racial epithets. Plaintiff ignored them and proceeded to the escalator. Several men boarded the escalator in front of him and several behind him. At the top of the escalator one of the men jumped him, striking his head with a heavy object. The group of men continued to violently kick, beat, and punch plaintiff until they left on the own accord. The suit alleges the mall failed to have adequate security personnel to protect patrons from individuals known to violently assault customers, especially during the holiday season. Price: $10
Oakridge, OR sued for falsely arresting man and denying heart medication.
Daryl Reavis, a resident of Oregon, is filing suit against The City of Oakridge, et al., for negligence, assault and battery, and malicious prosecution. The suit alleges plaintiff was pulled over on suspicion of DUI. The officer made plaintiff drive and perform field sobriety tests. During the process plaintiff began to suffer chest pains and requested that he be allowed to take his nitroglycerin heart medication. Instead of allowing plaintiff to take the medication, officers arrested him. Plaintiff's symptoms worsened to the point where he was lying on the station floor with severe shortness of breath, as officers demanded a breathalyzer test. Police finally called emergency personnel who administered nitroglycerin. After plaintiff was discharged from the hospital another officer advised him that he was going to be arrested for procession of illegal narcotics. Plaintiff's money was confiscated and he was wrongfully denied phone calls and legal services. Plaintiff was improperly detained although two blood tests were negative for alcohol consumption.
